Tier 1: Extended Warranty
- Extension of original 1-year manufacturer’s warranty
- Coverage cost of repairs or replacement parts including labor due to mechanical or electrical failures
Tier 2: Service Agreement
- Extension of original 1-year warranty
- Coverage of repairs, replacement parts, and labor due to mechanical or electrical failures
- Annual preventative maintenance visit for review, inspection, and potential replacement of “worn” components before end of life
- Software review and update if available
- Annual radiation survey required by ANSI regulations if applicable
